CarolAnne earned her BS from the University of Maine, her MSc from Bay Path University and is a Board-Certified Patient Advocate (BCPA). Patient Navigation and Advocacy presentations on a variety of related topics throughout all of southwest Florida to: Chambers of Commerce’s; regional Aging Network Groups; professional groups; numerous women’s groups; and church groups. Other career opportunities for speaking and presentation included:
Regional: Hospital spokesperson resulting in many television news segment interviews; co-hosted, then became the host of a regional monthly television show, “Valley’s View.”
State: Previous appointment to the Maine Commission for Community Service by former Governor John Baldacci, then serving as the commission chair – resulted in many state-wide opportunities for presentations and celebrations.
National: Panelist presentation at the National Association Rural Health Centers, national convention.
